L found Miss Williams inspiring. She gave me a great deal of courage by explaining to me what would happen- which took away any fear of my fears. I had complete confidence and trust in Miss Williams, who is a very caring and compassionate lady. Although I am elderly and in a wheelchair there was no ageism. Mary Waywell d.o.b. 10/3/1942

I was seen by Miss Williams for a breast cancer check-up. She radiates a spirit of optimism and empathy. She listens closely and her advice is realistic and sensible. She made my appointment a pleasure and I very much hope I see her again on future occasions.

Ms Samantha Williams is a credit to the NHS. She is incredibly empathetic and able to see the human behind her patients, which is so important for a good outcome for everyone involved. She has had my back throughout my diagnosis and treatment and that is all I could have asked for. Add to this her surgery skills, attention to detail, gentleness and many others qualities I haven’t mentioned and you have the perfect combination of an excellent surgeon/consultant.
